Reverend Dr. Michael W. Couch

The Reverend Dr. Michael W. Couch is a Mississippi native. He is a pastor, husband, father, and proud son of the Berachah Baptist Church. He completed his doctorate at New York Theological Seminary with a dissertation on how believers could better serve distressed families and neighborhoods with their public monies by directing the political process. Dr. Couch is a workforce advisor at Pennsylvania CareerLink, where he improves families and communities by giving out jobs and resources. Also, he is the Chairman of Manna Bible Institute, Ambassador for Prison Fellowship, and served as the Prison Chair of the NAACP Philadelphia, PA Chapter. He is also the honorable, duly elected executive committee person of Philadelphia’s 23rd ward.
