A CHURCH WHERE
A message from the heart
Homecoming means just what it says “coming home.” It is good to be able to come home. It suggests a reconciliation of separated parties. It speaks of mending relationships or an occasion upon which two or more opposing persons settle their differences and reside together again. It also serves as an occasion for people who have been away from church a long time, regardless of the reason, to come home and be together in worship and celebration. Download September Newsletter

We are blessed to have such a powerful yet humble example of leadership. May God continue to bless you as you lead us to him.

What We Believe
The Bible is the inspired Word of God
We believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, and our only infallible authority. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ and the Bible should have the place of pre-eminence in the church, home and each person’s life. By doing this, there is a joyful, fruitful, and victorious Christian testimony.
Read about our beginning
On January 20, 1951, a meeting was held at the home of the late Deacon Phillip and Estelle Jenkins at 2402 N. 17th Street; there were 23 people in attendance.
